Scoping & Requirements Conversation

We discuss your goals regarding AI usage and what it means to be transparent and discover how, together, we can grow & communicate your AI strategy to the public.

Information Capture & Auditing

We work through a detailed compliancy framework with you to cover the following key points relating to AI usage across your company;

  • Ethical & Fairness

  • Transparency

  • Accountability & Oversight

  • Data Quality & Security

  • Environmental Impact

We survey your staff members and reach out to a cross section of staff within your organisation to discuss how much of their role relies on AI usage to get an accurrate picture on the ground regarding how AI is being used.

We also select a number of products or publications released over the last year to audit for AI usage. The number of products or publications will range from 5%-10% of the total number released in the last 365 days. From these identified products we request all associated files in their raw format for analysis.

Transfer Data for Analysis

Using our secure online portal, the data selected for audit is transferred to us so that we can carry out auditing using our proprietary toolset. Data is held for a maximum of 3 months and then irrevocably deleted.

Detailed Analysis

Using our proprietary tooling we scrutinise the files captured for AI generated content and flag any detected elements for reporting. Our toolset can scrutinise imagery, written content and audio with a 96% accurracy rating.

Review and Report Publishing

We review the findings with the company and any pledges can be added such as “we promise to uphold X number of positions in the following departments” or “we promise to not use generative AI for these products".”

The public and company-facing reports are shared following our audit and analysis with the public facing report being hosted independently on our website. We share the digital accreditation mark with the company to apply on product packagin, in publications or on websites and can be generally applied freely. The QR code accompanying the accreditation mark allows anyone to view the public-facing report, hosted independently on our website.

We send a number of physical certificates, plaques and POS signage as agreed during the scoping call so that customers and employees have a method of accessing the report in your premesis.
