Scoping & Requirements Conversation

We discuss your goals regarding AI usage and what it means to be transparent and discover how, as a modern company, we establish/grow/communicate your AI strategy to the public.

File Identification & Information Capture

We select a number of products or publications released over the last 365 days to audit for AI usage. The number of products or publications will range from 5%-10% of the total number released in the last 365 days. From these identified products we request all associated files in their raw format

We survey your staff members and reach out to a cross section of staff within your organisation to discuss how much of their role relies on AI usage to get an accurrate picture from the ground on how AI is being actively used and what kind of role it is fulfilling.

We also reach out to the authors of the captured products so that we can ask them questions about the content produced.

Files Transfer

Using our secure online portal, the files selected for audit are transferred to us so that we can carry out auditing using our proprietary toolset. The files are held for a maximum of 3 months and then irrevocably deleted.

Detailed Analysis of Files

Using our proprietary tooling we scrutinise the files captured for AI generated content and flag any detected elements for reporting. Our toolset can scrutinise imagery, written content and audio with a 96% accurracy rating.

Report Publishing

Reports are shared based on the outcome of the analysis as mentioned above. The public facing report is hosted independently on our website. We share the digital accreditation mark with you to apply on products, in publications or on websites. The QR code is a permalink that will allow anyone to view the public-facing report.

We send a number of physical certificates, plaques and/or POS signage as agreed during the scoping call so that customers and employees have a method of accessing the report in your premesis.
